INSIDE THE HOME
This 2-story exquisitely decorated home will have you feeling spoiled in no time. The main floor has a fully stocked kitchen, bright and open floor plan, large dining table, spacious living room with TV, and a half bathroom. The den off the kitchen has a pull-out sofa and TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, serving utensils, dishware and glassware, new appliances, and a coffee pot. The island has seating for 3-4 and the dining table has seating for 6-8. The upstairs has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. All bedrooms are located upstairs with all new bedroom furniture. The master bedroom has a king-size bed its' own master bathroom and a walk-in closet. Bedrooms 2 & 3 have queen beds and bedroom 4 has a trundle bed with 1 full-size mattress and 2 twin mattresses.

Harbor Club is conveniently located off of Baseline Road near both the North and South Beaches and the Black River Marina. Downtown South Haven is a beautiful area minutes away from the house with quaint boutiques, wonderful restaurants, and the beautiful South Haven Lighthouse. There are boat tours, as well as areas to rent kayaks, wave runners, paddleboards, golf carts, bicycles, and dune buggies. If you are in for a day of golf, there are a variety of courses to choose from. If you are looking for local breweries and wineries this is the place for you. It is a location you will want to visit year after year and make amazing memories.
