Congratulations on reaching the vacation home where memories are made! This newly built, 5-bedroom home, a short walk from the Lake Michigan coastline, will be the place you fondly look back on the time spent there.
INSIDE THE HOME
This 2-floor (+basement) home will make you feel like you have come to your own vacation home! The bright main floor has an open floorplan perfect for entertaining large groups. An office with an additional monitor and printer allows for remote work, if necessary, while still being a part of the memories. Adjacent to the office (that has a pull-out couch) is a half bath and large closet. A gas range and eat-in island make cooking and cleanup a breeze for all parties. Every utensil, pot, the pan has been thought of, giving you the opportunity to create feasts for many or just a few. An extendable dining room table will fit 12 people with room for overflow at the island. Have no concerns about food storage as the walk-in pantry gives enough room for multiple families to keep their supplies!
Upstairs you will find not one, but two master suites along with 2 other bedrooms and a full bathroom. Additionally, the washer and dryer are upstairs making the only chore required on vacation, a breeze.
The basement has a play area for children (complete with toys so you can leave yours at home), a movie room, and the last bedroom with 4 twin beds (2 bunk beds), and a full bath. The movie room boasts a 75” TV with Xbox One, Raspberry Pi, and Wii. All TV’s come with an Apple TV so you can connect your own streaming accounts to enjoy!

OUTDOOR SPACE
The garage holds all the necessities for a trip to the beach (we don’t want you to have to bring anything!) Towels, beach toys, coolers, outdoor games, etc. all come equipped.
On your way back from the beach, come around the paved path to the outdoor shower to clean off the sand and sunscreen. Plenty of hooks nearby allow you to hang towels, bathing suits, etc.
After that, head to the outdoor living space where you’ll find a couch, two cushioned chairs, and a hammock along with an outdoor dining area that will seat 10. Cooking outside is simple with the natural gas grill near the door for easy access in and out. Enjoy the summer nights by roasting marshmallows over the wood-burning firepit.
Parking is available for 4 standard size cars in the driveway along with space for 2 cars on the road in front.

The closest beach access is First Street Beach. Turn right out of the driveway, head down Washington to North Shore. Turn right on North Shore and take your first left on First Street (at the blue house that has 56N on it).
The public beach here is accessed by a tall set of stairs and is small. There is a private beach on either side. We usually don’t have any problems setting up there for a few hours but if you’re looking for an expansive setup, you’ll probably be better set at North/South Beach.
There is a staging area where you can leave a wagon/bikes/etc. You cannot park a car or golf cart there.
We are happy to share our special getaway with you and truly hope you get to enjoy it as much as we do. We love the sunsets over the lake—they're truly spectacular, and there are some fantastic restaurants and breweries in the neighborhood. Our favorite is Three Blondes Brewing.
