This spacious home is surrounded by a dune preserve for maximum solitude. You can walk down to the North Pier from the house and watch the fishermen fish off the pier each morning. There is also a small beach access point near the pier that is available to the renters as well, or you can enjoy North Beach Park a mile down the road. North Beach Park has a play area for the kids, pavilions to have lunch, and restrooms available as well. There is a ping pong table in the home for those unfortunate rainy days. This vacation home is minutes away from all of your favorite "things to do!"

Has an open great room with a vaulted ceiling, fireplace, and sliders to the deck for additional seating and a gas grill for a cookout. Lower-level family room features sliders to private rear deck plus 2 bedrooms, game room and full bath, Ping-pong, DVD, and VCR with movie library, Children`s` toys and games, High-speed cable modem, Beach grass yard, PlayStation provided, and hiking on marked trails through the dunes.  This is not a pet-friendly cottage.

At the end of the day, grab a blanket to sit on and head to the Waterfront Stadium where the whole family can enjoy the Musical Fountain. This synchronized lights, water, and music show has coined the title "World's Largest." This free show plays nightly at dusk throughout the summer.
