INSIDE THE HOME
Walk into this vacation rental and feel right at home. The cozy living room features a gas fireplace making it the perfect spot to end a cold day. The kitchen greets you with an open space perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is stocked with the basics to make that home cooked meal. The dining room is filled with natural light overlooking the backyard and is the perfect spot to view wildlife activity. Down the hall find the three bedrooms, at the very end of the hall is a full size bath with a stand alone shower. In the primary bedroom is an ensuite with a shower/tub combo. Each bedroom has great space to spread out. This home is ready for memories to be made in during your next vacation.

OUTSIDE THE HOME
The outdoor space could not get any better. Peaceful private 5 acres the provides plenty of room to explore. The patio in the front of the home is a great spot to look at the evening stars while overlooking Lakeshore Drive, fields of wild grass, and beautiful trees. The space inside and outside of the home could not get any better.
THE LOCATION
A major bonus to the property is that there is Lake Michigan beach access a mile away and another location point two miles away. That is not all! This home is located half way between Saugatuck and South Haven, so you can get the best of both worlds.

Our group of 5 ladies really enjoyed the house & it's private location! We spent time at the house -not brand new, some "lived in"aspects-but great place for a retreat. Lots of outdoor space to relax and enjoy nature and wildlife! The location was ideal for our excursions to a variety of places - nature preserves, beaches, cheese shop, markets, artists, to petting a donkey.🙂 It was very nice to have everything on one floor. The kitchen and dining area is nice, with plenty of room and good views to the 5 acres. Both the kitchen & bath- though things were provided- were on the sparse side. Also note that it is listed as "Waterfront". Not at all. The "beach access"is a county park. We enjoyed the beach at the nature preserve up the road more. Both required driving, which was fine. Would stay again- so relaxing & private

The home is very welcoming and comfortable, with plenty of seating and sleeping area. It's bright, airy, and clean--much appreciated by my friends and me for our annual girlfriends' retreat. Wish the wifi / connectivity were stronger (a couple of us were not able to get laptop work done) for ease of movie-watching and grid access.

The property itself was clean up on arrival. Check.in was efficient and simple. Enjoyed all the flowers and wildlife on the property. Convenient to alot of things, lots of restaurants to choose from. Mngmnt Co was very efficient to responding to any questions. Lots of wineries and breweries...we spent time in Saugatuck and South Haven as well as Fennville . I would stay at this property again if given the opportunity. Had a great time. 😀

Beautiful setting on 5 acres with nice patio to enjoy the cool breezes and watch the dogs explore. The flowers everywhere are beautiful with all the bumble bees and hummingbirds! Ample room for 4 adults, 2 dogs. Deer and rabbits everywhere. Cutely decorated with everything you need only a 10-minute ride to Saugatuck up Blue Star Highway. The beds were comfy, slept like a log every night. The bathrooms are a little dated but nice having 2. Dish cable was great, not that we watched it much. The only issue I would mention is the smell of sulfur every time you turn on any water. Well water but they provided bottled water and we brought our own anyways. It didn't ruin anything for us but I guess that's part of having a well. The agent responded quickly when we asked about it. We would definitely stay here again with our dogs. This home is located on a beautiful private piece of property with lot of surrounding woodlands and nature to watch right out the window or to sit outside and enjoy. It was also on 10-15 minutes drive to everything we wanted to see and do in the Saugatuck-Douglas-Fennville area. It's an easy drive to Holland and to the Allegan Antique Market. Great for families or groups.We will absolutely stay at this property again.
