This lovely 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom condo in the Harbours is very clean and inviting! With new flooring and painting, this is a bright and comfortable unit with plenty of space for the entire family. With a great corner location in the Harbours just off of Avery St., you are close to both the private beach frontage and pool of the Harbours - as well as South Haven`s pristine North Beach.
INSIDE THE HOME:
The main living area features an open concept with a living room, eating area, kitchen with bar, and bath with washer/dryer. The main level also has two decks - the front deck with comfortable patio furniture and a gas grill. Upstairs has two bedrooms and one bathroom; one bedroom is very large with a King-sized bed, and a full/twin bunk set - the other bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have nice decks for relaxing and enjoying the Lake breezes. The basement level has been totally finished with two couches and a TV for the kids.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Bedroom 1: King and futon
Bedroom 2: queen
Bedroom 3: Twin over full bunk
OUTDOOR SPACE:
This condo has a private beach and heated pool ( Memorial to Labor day)
