Well maintained property. The garage parking was very nice. Property provided “hotel sized” toiletries and kitchen necessities. Probably paid a little more than it was actually worth. It is in an EXCELLENT location, and we stayed during the week leading up to Blueberry Festival, so the price hike is understandable, even if a little much. We enjoyed the pool and proximity to South Beach and Phoenix Street. We have vacationed in SoHa for the past 10 years. Happy to have had a downtown experience.

Locations perfect place is beautiful we did have code hiccups and a hard time getting in pool code was same code as entry door despite numerous emails saying differently luckily we got in eventually and had a amazing time

The condo at Watertowne Condominiums was great. Two things that I prioritize are location and cleanliness. The condo we rented was very clean. The floors appeared to be swept well and clean, along with the kitchen and bathrooms. The Watertowne Condominiums couldn't be in a better location in South Haven. Everything is within a 5 minute walk. South Beach takes about 12-15 minutes to walk to. I'd recommend this spot to anyone that wants to be able to walk anywhere in South Haven.

The condo and the location were great. We walked for shopping and walked out on the pier, We went to the beach rather than check out the pool. The balconies were wonderful in the morning and evening to enjoy the view. Date of arrival - July 27, 2024

This was a wonderful place to stay. I have never been to this area before and I will definitely be back. The condo was lovely and in walking distance to almost everything.
