The loft area also features an unofficial second bedroom with a queen bed and a family room with two futons for additional sleeping space. There are also balconies on both floors with patio furniture and a new gas grill. From the moment you walk into this tastefully "beachy" themed condo, you will feel like you are on vacation!  This is not a pet-friendly property.
