We have a 60 day cancellation policy. If you cancel 60 days prior to your arrival, you will be receive a full refund minus a $250 cancellation fee. If you wish to cancel less that 60 days prior to your reservation, we would reopen the dates to allow for a new booking to occur. If the entirety of your dates is rebooked at the same rate, then you would be refunded the full amount. If part of the dates or part of the rate is rebooked, then you would be refunded partially.

WHEN ARE THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-IN TIMES?
For most of our vacation rentals, our check-in time is 3:00 p.m. All vacation rentals are equipped with an electronic keypad or a key box containing a key to the home. You will check-in directly at the vacation rental and will be provided detailed instructions four days prior to your arrival. Our check-out time is at 10:00 a.m. There is a charge for late check-outs and early check-ins.

DO YOU OFFER ONLINE RESERVATIONS?
Yes. Jaqua Realtors offers an online reservation service that allows you to make reservations and payments online. At the time of reservation, a deposit equal to 50% of the total charge is required.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY CONFIRMATION AND ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS FROM JAQUA REALTORS?
All confirmations and arrival instructions will be sent via email. In order to ensure delivery, please check your spam folder as your computer may direct the confirmation to spam. ARE THE VACATION RENTALS NON-SMOKING?
Yes, all of our vacation rentals are strictly non-smoking.

HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE ALLOWED TO STAY IN EACH PROPERTY?
The occupancy number varies with each vacation rental and is determined by the owner, Jaqua Realtors Vacation Rentals, and the appropriate municipality's rules/regulations. It is imperative the occupancy limit for each individual property is respected. Safety is taken into consideration when occupancy limits are set. Please contact our South Haven or Saugatuck/Douglas office with any questions or concerns.

ARE LINENS, TOWELS, AND STARTER PRODUCTS PROVIDED?
All vacation rentals are cleaned prior to your arrival. Linens are provided for all the beds in the vacation rentals. There are starter paper products in the vacation rental for your convenience including paper towels, toilet paper, a bar of soap per bathroom, and trash bags. Bath towels are provided according to the number of guests per the occupancy of the vacation rental. It is the responsibility of the guests to bring their own beach towels.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?
It depends on the property! If you would like to book a pet friendly property, please visit our pet friendly property page: https://www.milakeshorevacations.com/pet-friendly-rentals/ For properties not listed at pet friendly, please reach out to the vacation rental team as exceptions are granted on a case by case basis. This policy does not apply to emotional support animals or service pets but proper documentation is required and we will ask for it to be provided.

ARE YOUR PROPERTIES ANNUALLY INSPECTED?
All of our vacation rentals are inspected and certified by the municipality requirements and ordinances. Inspections with the fire department are conducted as required.
