- Repairs and/or services needed at the property will be managed through Jaqua Realtor’s staff. This includes sourcing trusted vendors, coordinating required services, and providing on-site capability when needed.
- Run water in all faucets, tubs and shower, and flush all toilets. If applicable, check the basement for signs of water damage and check salt levels in water softner.
- Both the refrigerator and freezer will be checked to ensure they are working correctly.
- Confirm all doors and windows are locked and all security lights/services are operating.
- Check ceiling, doors, and windows for any cracks or damages.
- Check for signs on bugs or infestation.
- Check the mailbox for mail/paper that needs to be brought into the home.
- Owner communication is managed through our Digital Owner Platform. This includes an automated SMS text message following property visits and a detailed report in the Owner Dashboard.
