Madison Jaqua

Department Head

Madison leads the Vacation Rental Department and plays an integral leadership role in the real estate operations as well. She earned her master’s degree from the University of Michigan. Since stepping into her role as department head, Madison has led the expansion into three additional locations, driving growth while maintaining a high standard of service and operations. Her favorite part of the job is helping others succeed, finding new opportunities for growth, and continually exploring innovative systems that keep the team ahead in an ever-evolving industry. Outside of work, Madison dreams of traveling to Ireland, where she hopes to explore its rich history and landscapes.

Jami Osterman

Grand Haven

Jami has over 15 years of experience in the short-term rental industry and has been with Jaqua Vacation Rentals since 2011. She enjoys building strong relationships with owners and getting to see some incredible homes. Outside of work, Jami loves attending college football games, staying active with CrossFit, and spending time with her family. Her dream vacation destination is Fiji. She also serves as Secretary of the MiSTRA Board and is a member of the Grand Haven Area Convention and Visitors Bureau Board.

Hailey Davis

Grand Haven & Saugatuck

Hailey D. has been part of the Jaqua Vacation Rentals team since early 2021 and takes great pride in helping guests plan meaningful vacations that turn into unforgettable experiences. She loves getting to know travelers and guiding them to the perfect home base and activities that match their unique getaway style. When she’s not assisting guests, Hailey enjoys spending time outdoors exploring new trails, parks, and scenic destinations. At home, life is never dull thanks to her two playful golden retrievers, who keep her on her toes and always ready for the next adventure. Hailey dreams of one day traveling to New Zealand to experience its breathtaking landscapes and outdoor adventures firsthand.

Anne Gudith

Saugatuck

Anne has been part of the short-term rental industry since 2019 and is passionate about building strong relationships with homeowners while helping guests create the best possible experience. She enjoys working closely with cleaners and vendors, tackling challenges, and finding the best solutions along the way. Growing up along the lakeshore and spending her childhood working in Saugatuck gave Anne a deep connection to the area, which she loves sharing with others. One of her favorite parts of the job has been helping grow the portfolio—from 26 properties when she started to nearly 100 today. Outside of work, Anne enjoys reading, boating, and traveling, with dream destinations that include Australia, Fiji, and Bora Bora.

Lisa Flores

Saugatuck

Lisa has been part of the short-term rental industry for three years and brings a collaborative, big-picture approach to her role. She enjoys the variety of the STR world and working along the lakeshore of Southwest Michigan.Lisa works closely with owners, vendors, and team members to help each property perform at its best. Outside of work, she enjoys continuing her education in real estate, strengthening professional relationships, and spending time with her family. She’s driven by faith, fueled by curiosity, and committed to lifelong learning.

Kate Nguyen

Saugatuck

Kate joined the short-term rental world in January 2025 and quickly discovered she loves the fast-paced, ever-changing nature of the industry, because with hosting, there’s truly never a dull moment. Kate loves sharing in food, gathering, and connection, qualities that naturally carry over into the welcoming environments she helps create for guests. Outside of work, you’ll often find her thrift shopping, crafting, or spending peaceful time by the water. Her dream vacation? Exploring the beauty and history of Scotland one day

Travis Jordan

Saugatuck

Travis joined Jaqua Vacation Rentals in 2025, but he has been immersed in the short-term rental industry since he was just 14. He enjoys connecting with different owners and guests and learning new things from each interaction. At work, Travis is most engaged during owner meetings and exploring new systems to improve operations. In his free time, Travis enjoys watching football and college basketball, playing video games, and spending time with his girlfriend. He dreams of taking a vacation to Germany someday.

Chris Jordan

South Haven

Chris has built a career in the vacation rental industry by thriving in its fast-paced, ever-evolving nature. With a passion for adapting to market trends and optimizing properties, Chris enjoys delivering real, measurable results for owners. Owner meetings and city inspections are a favorite part of the job. Outside of work, Chris loves attending concerts, catching live sporting events, and traveling whenever possible, Australia sits at the top of the dream destination list. A fun fact? Chris never attended the same school for more than one year in a row, a background that helped shape adaptability and a love for new experiences.

Hailey Conrad

South Haven

Hailey C. joined the short-term rental industry in April 2024 and quickly found a passion for seeing all the unique and amazing homes the team manages. She supports the day-to-day operations through social media marketing, vendor payments, and creative problem-solving, helping keep both owners and vendors supported. Hailey enjoys the variety of her role and loves finding solutions when challenges arise. Outside of work, she can often be found exploring museums, working on puzzles, or spending time at the beach. A fun fact about her—her elbows are double-jointed! Her dream vacation destination is New Zealand, where she hopes to explore both the culture and natural beauty.

Jen Staggs

South Haven

Jen has been part of the short-term rental world for over 15 years and brings a wealth of experience to her role at Jaqua Vacation Rentals. Her favorite part of her job is connecting with guests and working through housekeeping schedules to keep everything running smoothly. Outside of work, she enjoys going to concerts and spending time with her grandkids. A fun fact about Jen is that she once went scuba diving on the Great Barrier Reef, where she swam alongside a giant cuttlefish. Her dream vacation is an African safari.

Johnie Clarkson

South Haven

Johnie has been in the short-term rental world since 2024 and brings a genuine passion for hospitality to every guest experience. What Johnie loves most about hosting is connecting with people from all over the world and sharing the hidden gem that is Southwest Michigan. Creating memorable stays through thoughtful customer communication is at the heart of everything they do. Outside of hosting, Johnie enjoys staying active with CrossFit, hiking, and loves a good outdoor adventure, especially canyoneering and bouldering. A fun fact: Johnie spent five years serving in the U.S. Navy aboard a fast attack submarine, an experience that shaped their strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail. Johnie is also a proud parent to three kids, and dreams of one day visiting Ireland, their great-grandmother’s homeland.

Bridgett Stull

South Haven

Bridgett joined Jaqua Vacation Rentals in 2025 and quickly found her rhythm in the fast-paced world of short-term rentals. She loves that every day is different and thrives on the variety her job brings. Her favorite part of the role is conducting inspections, as she enjoys getting out and seeing all the unique properties. Fun fact: she had no experience with vacation rentals before starting, making her growth in the industry even more impressive. When she’s not at work, Bridgett enjoys spending time with her family and following her son’s basketball games. If she could pick any dream vacation, it would be the Bahamas.
