Step inside our newly renovated 2,400 sq. ft. home, where modern design meets cozy charm. The master suite features a luxurious king bed, ample closet space, a dedicated workspace, and direct pool access, making it a perfect retreat. Two additional bedrooms each offer queen beds, closets, and dressers for extra comfort, while the expansive basement bedroom includes a queen bed and full-over-full bunk beds, ideal for larger groups or families. A pull-out sofa in the living room provides even more sleeping space, ensuring everyone has room to unwind.
Gather in the open-concept living area, where a 65” Roku TV and plush seating invite you to relax. The fully equipped kitchen with a coffee bar makes mornings a breeze, and mealtimes are effortless with a dining table for eight, kitchen island seating for two, and an outdoor dining table for six. The fun continues in the game room, featuring a pool table, Pac-Man arcade, foosball, mini basketball, giant Connect 4, and board games. For movie lovers, the theater room awaits with a 75” screen, surround sound, a mini bar, and a popcorn machine—perfect for an epic movie night.

This is a wonderful home with so much for the whole family. We all thoroughly enjoyed the pool, the layout & cleanliness of the home and the great entertainment center downstairs. It is also out of the all the busyness, but a close enough drive that we could go to Fennville, Saugatuck, and Holland very easily. We all rated our stay a 10 out of 10.

The house was even better than the pictures and we didn't want to leave. The location was a very short drive to downtown Saugatuck and Douglas taking less than 12 minutes and was the perfect get away when we wanted a break from the pool. It was also perfect for two toddlers, having such a large living space upstairs and an even better movie/game room downstairs. We will for sure be back next time we come to Saugatuck.

The property was clean and beautiful. All the beds were super comfy. The place was perfect for the 8 of us. Our kids LOVED hanging out downstairs in the game room and splashing in the pool. The location was peaceful, but far from just about everything. However, around there, almost everything is quite a drive. We came in for a family wedding and we had a 30 min drive to our venue. It was worth the drive, however, to have the family in a comfortable, relaxing and social environment.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Fennville home! The place was clean and plenty of dishes for inside and out! The Furnature and beds were very comfortable! We loved the pool, patio and 3 seasons room especially in early morning and evenings when the kids were asleep!

Fenville fun!
Great time for our family of 10! It was clean, comfortable, and provided many opportunities for fun. The game room with pool table, arcade games, and more. Plenty to do for various ages. The pool and sunroom/patio was perfect for a day in. Saugatuck and beaches were not far away. Host was quick to answer any questions!
