Our home away from home in the heart of Saugatuck! Enjoy hassle free parking as you are within walking distance to most shops, galleries, restaurants, and attractions. We sought to equip our home to anticipate your needs during your stay. This Condo makes for a perfect family or friends getaway!

INSIDE THE HOME

Beautiful 3 bedroom and 3 ½ bathroom condo. Ground-level features a queen bed and twin bed, with a full bath down the hall. On the second level will give you the open concept feel, you will find a half bath off of the kitchen, a dining area that provides seating for eight, and the living room. Enjoy your morning coffee on either balcony, one off of the kitchen and the other off of the living room. Go up another level and you find two bedrooms with two full baths attached, two bunk beds (full below a twin) and the other bedroom with a king bed.

THE LOCATION
Are you a larger group looking to stay downtown Saugatuck? Look no further. We manage two townhomes within this downtown complex. Water Street Retreat is intended to be rented seperately but is located across the parking lot from another condo we manage. Butler Street Retreat is the other townhome located in this complex, located on Butler St., and is almost directly across the parking lot from Anderson Townhome. Everything was good and as expected. Great property and excellent location for a stay in Saugatuck. Quite spacious property. Close to what is happening in the town. Wish it was a little less expensive though.

Family trip with our two sons, one daughter in law and one grandson. Everything was clean and in good repair upon arrival. The location is awesome, easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. The upstairs did not cool well but sleeping was ok. The smaller upstairs bath was quite dark and one of the light bulbs were out, unfortunately it wasn't something you could easily replace so that was a bit frustrating. The kitchen was well equipped except no can opener. Also the coffee maker is not a drip one as it described and we planned for so you have to bring along pods, not great for a larger group. Overall a great stay and wonderful destination.

This was our 8th trip to Saugatuck with our children. The property's location is great. Though right on Water Street where you can walk out the front door and be in the Social District, it is quiet. The Beeline trial for running and walking or biking is easy to access as is everything in town, including our favorite spots.. There's a great view of Kalamazoo River from third floor bunk room and a good peak from main front porch. Furniture is comfortable and great for gathering or chilling a bit after a day at the beach.

My friends and I did a girls trip to Saugatuck and this house was perfect! It's less than a 5-10 minute walk to just about everything you could want and the house was roomy enough for all of us. Highly recommend booking here.

The condo was very well located near many shops and restaurants, all of which were walkable. The unit was very clean and free of clutter. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay there again. This is an excellent site to rent for a visit to the beautiful Saugatuck area! The property is spacious and very clean. All necessary amenities are included. The location is convenient to the many fabulous shops and restaurants.

The property itself was amazing. I stayed with a group of friends and they all said it was even better than they expected in terms of the layout and how well-decorated it was. The living room and kitchen gave us a great space to all hangout, and the deck was small but really nice. Additionally, it was within walking distance from all the places we wanted to go in downtown Saugatuck, so the location couldn't be beaten.

Really enjoyed our time at the Water Street condo. The condo is very clean, in a great location, very spacious with easy parking. Only thing we would’ve needed is a grill my family and I had a wonderful time.

This was a beautiful property. It was well appointed and very comfortable for 6 adults. The beds were all very comfortable, it was very clean, the kitchen had all of the necessary tools to make great meals, and there was a cabinet full of games. The TV was a smart TV with Netflix, Prime, Hulu, etc all installed. The time that we spent in the property was wonderful, but I need to comment on the location. It is on Water Street with a great view of the water and Mt. Baldhead. The center of town is a very short and entertaining walk down the street. Within a 5 minute walk, you'll find great restaurants and bars, and really unique and fun shops. If you are looking for a really great place to stay in Saugatuck, this is it. Next time I go back, I'll be staying there.

Truly enjoyed a girl's weekend in the space. It was so close to everything on our list such as wallking trails at the dunes, shopping, restaurants, wineries, and of course the water! Plenty of space for the six of us. I highly recommend! Appreciated the space, cleanliness, and pans to make a big a breakfast. Love the location!

This property was perfect for our GVSU girls weekend! It was right downtown Saugatuck, within walking distance to dining and shopping and entertainment. Plenty of space for us all and lots of bathrooms! Warning - there are lots of stairs and three floors, tough for those of us with knee problems! Overall, we loved our stay - Thank you!

Wonderful rental!! Stayed with my husband and 3 children and it was perfect. In town, easy to walk to restaurants, the park, boats etc. Multiple balconies to sit and eat or drink coffee/wine etc. Kitchen well stocked with dishes/pans etc. Place also had board games and beach chairs that made it fun and easy to stay. Additionally it was clean and well kept. would highly recommend!

The house was lovely and had everything we needed! The cleanliness exceeded our expectations, which is so important right now. The pool was one of our favorites, deep and long enough for more experienced swimmers with enough space for those more comfortable in the shallow area. We are looking forward to staying at this location again!
