Plenty of fun opportunities to explore, observe wildlife, and bird watch. The home is nicely designed and welcoming. We loved sitting on the porch and feeling the evening breeze. Nice clean and usable kitchen!!!

We came here seeking peace and we got it in spades. My friends came with their children, ages 4 and 2 and I came with my daughter who turns 3 in 10 days. I don't get to spend this kind of quality time with my baby girl very often, being a working mom, so I was grateful for this opportunity to make some memories with her. Seeing the land through her eyes is a joy. We spotted bunnies, picked wild flowers, and swung from the branch at the ancient oak tree. We played in the waves at Lake Michigan and watched the sunset. I want to bottle this this time up and keep it forever. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us, it is a true blessing.

The land around the house is beautiful, from the ancient oak itself to the many charming spots on the paths. The house itself is quaint and cozy. It is a bit smaller than it looked in the photos and the lower level really needs a dehumidifier. Overall, though, a lovely spot and we enjoyed staying here very much.
