This is our 4th summer staying in SoHa and I think at least twice staying with a Jaqua property and we're always happy!! We've always had the pleasure of having helpful responsive hosts and this time was no different. House was super cute, clean and beach amenities were provided that were super helpful. Wagon, beach chairs, and an umbrella.

The property was very nice and well maintained. Beautiful backyard and screened in porch. Great neighborhood. The bedroom with the bunk beds did tend to be a little hot during the night as the vent was covered. Overall, the space was as described in the listing. We enjoyed our stay here and will consider coming back in the future.

Dale cottage was the perfect location and perfect size for our family of 4. We loved the screened porch and the back yard was perfect for hanging a couple of hammocks for our kids to sleep under the stars one night! We loved the neighborhood, the house and all the extra beach gear provided!

Perfect location! Quiet neighborhood and just a short walk to a private beach entrance. Close to downtown! We loved the area and would definitely come back. The sun room was the best room in the house!

This property was exactly as listed. Very comfortable home very close to the beach. We all had a very relaxing week on the beach, watching the sunset and we spent A LOT of time on the screened-in porch whether just drinking coffee, talking, or playing games.

It was really clean. The unit was nicely set up & a good size for our group. The backyard & screen porch was particularly enjoyable. The unit smelled clean, which is comforting given the current circumstances. The checkout instructions were clear.
