Relax and enjoy South Haven at this beautiful home! Located just off North Shore Drive on a wooded lot, 205 Brockway is close to Oak Street Beach and a quick 12 minute walk to Packard Park Beach. Shopping and dining are in walking distance as well.
INSIDE THE HOME:
The large wrap around deck is ideal for reading a book, playing a game of bags or enjoying a meal. You might even see a deer or two in the yard. Ample off street parking for all your guests.
The entertaining options continue inside. The large dining table is the gathering place for family meals and games. The basement offers a pool table and large tv or enjoy a movie in the cozy loft. There are plenty of games, books and puzzles too.
